He also guided the finance streams of the ABB E-Mobility carve-out—targeting a €2bn IPO—and the Acceleron carve-out for the Benelux and Belgium. Earlier in his career at Deloitte, Marcel advised corporates and private equity investors on buy- and sell-side transactions, carve-outsfor international groups including JDE, Heineken, KLM, and Eneco.

Kenny brings over 15 years of experience in business and M&A, developed through senior roles at Deloitte and hands-on leadership positions at Dwarfs. At Deloitte, he advised on high-profile transactions including carve-outs, IPOs, and acquisitions worth over €11 billion, with mandates across e-commerce, software, SaaS, and technology. As CFO/CIO of Dwarfs, Kenny raised €75m+, executed ten acquisitions, and led the exit of the group to Olsam in a €100m+ transaction.

Marijn Compagner has extensive M&A experience across Europe and Asia, with a focus on financial due diligence, integrations, and buy-and-build strategies. At Normec Group, he was responsible for more than 20 acquisitions in Western Europa that helped grow EBITDA from €20m to over €100m. Subsequently at IMCD, he successfully integrated bolt-on acquisitions across South-East Asia. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deloitte’s M&A mainly focused on transaction related advisory and Financial Due Diligence team.

Ana combines experience in business development, fundraising, and M&A gained across Medical-X, Philips, Deloitte, and MAKE. Before joining Deloitte’s M&A and audit practice, she contributed to growth and organizational development projects at Medical-X, where she also led a fundraising round. At Philips, she supported multiple acquisitions as part of the HR M&A PMO, focusing on due diligence and first-100-day integrations, and at Deloitte she advised technology and real estate clients in Europe and the US on audits and transaction support.
